• SAFe Knowledge: Have a solid understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including principles, roles, and ceremonies, with the ability to navigate the complexities of scaling agile in large organizations.
• Software Development Background (Preferred): Candidates with a strong background in software development are preferred, understanding the software development lifecycle, technical terminology, and common challenges.
• Dynamic Leadership and Tailoring of SAFe Methods: Lead dynamically, adapting SAFe methods to fit the team’s culture and requirements, even deviating from the prescribed methodology as necessary.
