Mission:

• Develop a high-quality and secure technical service product to meet customer, user, and business needs from a backend perspective

Responsibilities:

• Account for product vision, backlog, and compliance
• Approve product increments
• Collaborate in SAFe
• Ensure product approvals have taken place
• Manage the main stakeholder

Tasks:

• Define product vision, strategy, goals, and roadmap
• Be the sparring partner for business topics of the team
• Ensure adherence to product development & life cycle management compliance processes
• Own, maintain, and prioritize the team backlog, attend the team reviews
• Accept his team stories as done (based on the Definition of Done)
• Accept product increments, determine & approve release in collaboration with ART roles
• Support the Product Management to accept features as done
• Contribute to program vision & roadmap, prepare & run PI-Planning, define team PI objectives
• Contribute to program backlog refinement
• Identify, address, and manage dependencies to other teams
• Declare main goals, conditions, constraints & parameters
• Organize procurement and invoicing, procure IT, GDPR, and legal approvals
• Manage risks and escalations in the organization
• (Re)present and market the product for interested or concerned stakeholders (management, markets, customer groups, etc.)
• Report to and align with business owners and further management level
