Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and data-oriented Business Analyst to join our agile development team. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution, working closely with the Product Owner to refine the writing of user stories, and ensuring that requirements are clear, concise, and technically viable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to deeply understand business needs, translating them into clear and measurable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Utilize advanced data analysis knowledge to inform product decisions and strategies, ensuring that user stories reflect accurate data insights.
• Facilitate communication among development teams, stakeholders, and end users to ensure a common understanding of project objectives.
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprints, planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, contributing data-driven insights to continuously improve processes.
• Stay abreast of market trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative product improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in agile environments, preferably in IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis, including the use of BI tools and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in Scrum and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong problem-solving orientation.
